I received an e-mail from Lyne Berry, a Danny fan, and she asked us to post this video that her granddaughter Catherine put together, featuring ‘My Best Days Are Ahead Of Me’ and pictures of baby Kyle. Enjoy!

A bit of background on the slide show: The “Mr. Phil” referred to in the dedication, is baby Kyle’s daddy who is serving our country right now in Kuwait with the Florida Army National Guard (as is my son, Richard McAlister) and he has not seen his baby in person since this past Feb. My granddaughter, Catherine McAlister (14 years old), put this together without telling anyone about it and used Danny’s song. She is a big Danny fan, as I am. – Lyne Berry
That made me smile and cry at the same time. I hope Kyle gets to see his Daddy soon! You must be so proud of Mr. Phil and of your beautiful grandson! Danny’s song was the perfect song to accompany the slide show!

I’m having the same reaction as Cheryl. Crying & smiling at the same time. Your son and Baby Kyle’s Daddy, Mr. Phil, will be in my thoughts and prayers. I hope they both have a way to view the slidehow??? Kudos to your granddaughter for putting this together!

I am so proud of my daughter she has become a beautiful young woman who thinks of others before she thinks of herself. Even with her father being deployed she thinks of the other deployed families before she does herself. It is a great feeling to know she will be a caring young woman.

Ms Catherine, You did a fantastic job with this. I know Grandma Berry loves you to bits, as she does all of the grandchildren. She is a friend of mine and speaks of you highly.

Just catching up on all the videos lately- so glad I didn’t skip this one!
How cute is this! And how incredible that your 14 yr. old (not an easy age, since I have one myself, lol) was so savvy and sweet to put this together.
