    I love the ‘multi week number one potential’ comment. It’s no secret that ‘Tiny Life’ is my favourite song from the singles that we’ve heard so far and I do agree with him. They’re all awesome but ‘Tiny Life’ grabbed my heart in a way that I can’t even begin to explain.

    I’m heading to bed soon and tomorrow is work day so I’ll probably only be back when everyone is already sleeping… have a nice day!

    Good morning!

    I don’t have time to say much, but congratulations to Jannikas on winning tickets to see Danny!

    There’s something important I need to encourage everyone to do. I do realize right now, with Danny’s OS being so new, that there are tons of glitches, trolls, and just plain dumb posts that sound like they’re written by a 3rd grader. Not many hater posts though, which is good. RCA just opened the site, so there ar things that still need to be worked out and I don’t think the mods have had a chance to do their job yet–or maybe they don’t even have any yet! But it’s very, very, very important we all post there to support him AND SHOW RCA HOW HIGHLY WE THINK OF HIM! This is extremely important–RCA execs and people in the record industry READ THESE SITES–they are a barometer of what the fanbase thinks of the artist–and what we say matters–and IS listened to. Even though it may be more fun to post here right now, we NEED TO POST THERE–adding our own intelligent, well written thoughts about Danny and his music so it doesn’t just look like a site for those with IQs of 2 (who are probably just kids) and trolls. WE NEED TO OUTNUMBER THE DUMMIES and if all of us post there, we can do this. In a few days, as more people discover his OS and the web nerds and mods begin to do their job, I’m sure things will begin to work out. I remember when DCO went up last year, it was the same way the first week or two, but then in quick order became a site full of supportive fans who had interesting and intelligent things to say. So please, people, do your part and post on Danny’s OS–it is very important for his career, and remember, Danny is probably reading too.

    I sent the Michael J TV interviews to MJs. That rendition of Tiny Life is so beautiful.

    Erika, I know you went to bed, but I have to say I love how you compressed all of Danny’s songs on the front page- great idea!
    Also love the new twitter feed, cool!

    Jim Cantiello from MTV has joined Danny’s site. I know he always had a soft spot for Danny and he wrote this in the thread “How did you feel when he was eliminated?”

    Let out those inner feelings of grief you’ve all locked inside for the past half year….

    I did not do a happy dance at all.

    SO I guess Jambajim wanted Danny to win after all. I knew he liked him, but I didn’t know he liked him that much.

    Owlki “Tiny Life” is my favorite song off of Danny’s album so far. And I agree with Michael J about that song becoming a hit. I think that if Danny released that song as the 2nd single off of his album, it would be a bit for him.

    A bigger hit than “My Best Days” will be and a bigger hit than any of the other songs we’ve heard off of his album so far. I think the song is pretty and has a nice commerical sound to it, more commercial sounding than his songs, “I still Believe” and “Be Somebody”.

    I think that the studio version of “Tiny Life” is going to be very good. I hope that RCA does release that song as Danny’s second song, because I could see Danny selling more albums if that happens. Plus I think that song is very radio friendly and that he would get a lot of airplay for it.

    That “Jim Cantiello” posted on Danny’s site is a troll. Jim Cantiello is registered as a member over there but under the name he uses on his Twitter page “jambajim”. Jim said on Twitter that person with the screename, “Jim Cantiello” wasn’t him and he even said that he was sorry if that poster was causing trouble on Danny’s site.

    There are unfortunately way too many trolls on Danny’s site, the moderators really need to go over there and clean things, up before the site gets even worse than what it is.

    I think that a lot of Danny fans aren’t posting over there, because the site is going downhill, due to all of the trolls over there. And netural people who are interested in Danny might think poorly of him and his fans because of the trolls saying ridiculous stuff while pretending to be Danny fans.

    aww, michael from the DC radio station answered me on youtube? He definitely does seem to love Danny. No wonder the Kradam fans were so mad at the DJs from that station — I’ll have to tune it to it more often Smile

    I feel dumb though as I tweeted him yesterday to thank him for having Danny on his show. I included a comment that I love Philadelphia and went to school there (which is true), thinking it would be good to show a connection to his market. But oops–stupid since he’s in DC! Deleted it once I realized, so hope he didn’t see it.
    Also sent a tweet to the radio peeps who really were from Philadelphia. They said they were going to reprise their visit with Danny (at 6:30 am, so already done now).

    Hi! First of all huge thanks to Maryann for her recap! There were so many Danny news for me to read this morning that I arrived late to work..

    Unfortunately I’ve been extremely busy since I got back home and have had to concentrate on my work and don’t have much time for being here.

    Anyhow, I’ll try to register with Danny’s official site latest tomorrow and will make sure that I leave VERY positive comments as an overseas fan. Do whatever I can to support Danny from Finland. I did send few e-mails to radio stations complimenting Danny and his music etc.

    Julie nice to meet you too. No apologies necessary. We all come and go so fast on this site sometimes we miss each other. When you mentioned about me being one of the lucky ones to meet Danny , It made me think of someones posts on Danny’s site that said something about all of us people who have had the chance to meet Danny (some more than once) that we all take it for granted. That made me feel bad, because I never took it for granted and I know noone else here takes it for granted either. I never thought I would meet Danny ever in my lifetime and the opportunity came up when I least expected it. It was an honor and a priviledge to meet him and once you do , you want to meet him again and again. I don’t know if that was a real post or just a hater, That’s why we all get so excited here when we know someone gets the chance to meet him. It’s an experience you won’t ever forget! Anyway, I’m done babbling!

    Aw Cindy – I don’t remember who posted that but I don’t think anyone takes it for granted. It must be such a wonderful experience and when anyone ‘recaps’ for us – you do feel like you were there. I know I certainly do Wink and I ‘m all the way over here in England Smile
    I still have faith that one day I will either get to meet him or see him live in concert -any of those options will do me!!
    All the experiences that have been posted all have one thing in common: Danny is such an accommodating person and has a huge heart Smile Smile

    I really do hope that they release “Tiny Life” as the second single from Danny’s album. I think that if they do that, it will definitely help solidify his place in Country music.

    That song has a “Red Light” feel to it, “Tiny Life” song that I think could do very well on radio like those two songs have done.

    When David Nail put out his first song from his album. “I’m About to Come Alive” it didn’t do extremely well. But “Red Light” has really taken off for him. It started out getting into the top 40, and then made it’s way into the top 10 and has been there for a while now.

    It’s been gaining airplay the past few weeks and is now #6 on the radio airplay chart. I could see “Tiny Life” having a fate similar to “Red Light”. It might not be as a big as that song is, but I could see it doing very well for Danny.

    I listen to Country music a lot, including a lot of current stuff on Country music channels, and Country countdowns and radio, and “Tiny Life” really is the most commerical sounding song that Danny has sung from his album so far.

    And Country fans do respect Jeffrey Steele and his songwriting skills. Like I believe DJ Mike said, Country fans like good music and “Tiny Life” is good music. It’s the type of song that would send Danny’s album back up the Country charts, after it drops down the charts, like a lot of people’s albums do.

    Let me say that I agree that Danny’s fans needs to be diligent about posting to his official site. Most of the nonsense – and that’s what it is nonsense – is from kids. And they will get bored and tired real quick. And I personally don’t even justify any of it with a response. My attitude – why give them the satisfaction?

    But I do think it is a mistake for Danny’s fans to stay away. Ignore the Trolls and Support Danny!

    Perhaps, they think MBD is a good intro song, and they are holding back the big gun to solidify the deal. Either way, I adore that song, and cannot wait to hear it in its studio version.

    I so admire Danny’s efforts. He is doing this over and over again each day. He appears to be so at ease with the routine. Looks like he has been doing this forever. Was meant to be.

    I think that “My Best Days” could end up being a decent first hit for Danny, but that if he releases “Tiny Life” that could be a big hit for him, possibly the biggest hit from his album.

    I think that his label decided to go with an upbeat song for his first single, that could end up doing decently for him and then possibly going for a song like “Tiny Life” as a second single which could be a big hit for him. There are definitely a lot of examples of artists putting out first singles that do okay/decently and then putting out 2nd singles that do really well. I could this happening with Danny.

    Also “Bonfire” is doing really well for Craig Morgan. I think that a lot of people might enjoy the video as well, Craig’s and his band are acting goofy in the video.

    Wish I oould stick around for awhile and wait to see if the Pittsburgh station has Danny on, but I have to do some C’mas baking for a holiday dinner tonight we’re going to. All of this Danny excitement coming this time of the year has me going bananas! LOL!

    Maryann, I agree with you about the OS…it is VERY confusing. I have terrible vision so almost all busy websites are hard for me to navigate. I couldn’t handle any of the AI forums on the internet and when I found iheart, I was just so happy I could read ir, enjoy it and post!

    The OS “community” that leads to the forum makes me log in every time I want to post something even though the site “remembers” me when I pull it up. As this is the first time I have ever gotten really involved with ANY celebrity, I am just not used to how some of the websites work. Not being able to see well just adds to the frustration.

    Enough whining from me! Shock

    Julie, A couple of things changed for me yesterday, after seeing Danny in the flesh. I became a bigger fan of Daniel J. Gokey the man, and the artist. I honestly had no fangirl thoughts. I was seriously stunned by his beauty as a human being. Not kidding.

    To see him interact with my twelve year old daughter was real sweet. He smiled at her and spoke to her gently. Asked her name, and how she enjoyed the show. Called her sweetie. Spoke with her intently about her guitar lessons as he signed her guitar strap, and her love of singing. Even got the other guys to sign her strap, as well.

    He is simply lovely. I left the studio thinking this guy is more beautiful then I imagined. He is stunningly gorgeous on the inside.

    I’m at school so I’ll only be on for a bit. I have to say that I’m really happy that Danny’s site is finally up and running but it’s gonna be really hard wanting to go over there b/c of all the stupidity that was going on last night and probably today. I was almost at the point where I just wanted to curse all the ‘poser’ fans out!!! Sorry, but that just takes too much time and energy for me to that even to someone’s face.

    I’m not gonna even waste my time w/that. Anyway, yes there are way too many trolls over there and it’s not making the site that better for me at the moment, just was on there and saw that it was quiet for now and that someone had posted in the forum about the administrative rules and such, which is good and I’m glad that it was made perfectly clear but it seems to me that it’s gonna go through one ear, wiggle around in ther ‘posers’ brain, and out the other ear. I’m also hoping that the site gets the lock down on moderation and delete, ban the ‘stuck-on-stupids’ that just wanna cause trouble for the real fans, like us, who want to enjoy anything and everything Danny like we do on here. Hopefully, things will get better for Danny’ site b/c no matter what, I have his back 100 % Smile

    Afternoon ladies, Had my office Christmas party and left early but have packages to wrap to get in the mail by tomorrow. With all that is going on with Danny, I hate that I am so busy right now.

    I posted at Mj’s on the WMQZ Danny thread. Now I am headed over to Danny’s official site. Even if you don’t want to hang over there a lot and post, I think it is EXTREMELY important that we all visit Danny’s site daily. It shows the number of fans online at a time and we want TPTB to see that Danny’s site gets lots of traffic. I plan to come here also. I think I will just log into Danny’s site first before I come over here and shrink it while I post here so it shows me online even if I’m over here. I do plan to post there also but it may take a while to get as comfortable there as I am here. Does that make sense?

    Unfortunately I don’t see a lot of Danny fans posting on his official site until a lot of the haters go away. I don’t think that a lot of them are going to feel comfortable posting over there, until at least most of the haters leave.

    The haters are dragging the site down, and causing some of the Danny fans and people that may not be big fans but are interested in Danny in a good way, not to post over there.

    The moderators need to take that site under control. It’s good that they posted a list about the rules for the site, but I think that they should ban the haters and delete the offensive threads.

    I will try and post over there sometimes, but I don’t think that a lot of Danny fans will post over there, if the haters continue to roam free.

    Just like a lot of Danny fans didn’t post on places like mjs and TWOP for a long time, because they were probably tired of all of the hatred and nonsense that was constantly being directed towards Danny.

    If anyone’s in the Arkansas area, may want to encourage this station (or this person, anyway) to not be so childish about playing Danny’s song.
    It’s hardly like Kris is setting up as a country singer, sheesh. And Kris won and is getting heaps of opportunities of his own outside the country genre, so why begrudge Danny his chance.
    According to the NWA Fox 24 interviewer recently, Danny did have a fair number of fans in Arkansas. Presumably some might want to hear his song on the radio.

That Milwaukee station has played his song only like once, but another station in Madison is now playing his song a lot.     That Sound and Speed thing looks like a great opportunity for Danny. It’s a 2-day event with music artists together with NASCAR stars at the Sommet Center in Nashville in January, with proceeds going to a children’s charity and the Country Music Hall of Fame. The Sommet Center may have been where the CMAs were held?

    Their website features Danny as one of their artists (the Sound part). Chris Young is another name I do recognize, along with some of the NASCAR drivers.

    FOGS, that Conway station just seems silly to me. If they want to play Kris’s song, go ahead — and btw, what’s been stopping them as it’s been out for months now, I think. But they could also play Danny’s, who at least is targeting their market genre.

    I think that person might have been a DJ, for that station, but maybe another person who is a DJ as well with that station, will play Danny’s song. It’s unfortunate that people act that way, but I think that Danny will be fine regardless.

    If that station doesn’t play his music, I think that other stations in Arkansas will, just like that station in Madison, Wisconsin is playing Danny’s song a lot. Even though the Milwaukee station isn’t playing his song.

    Also I have noticed quite a few people say that Kris would have been better off going country. And some of them have said that Kris should have had someone like Mark Bright produce his album.

    That Sound and Speed sounds like it is a good event. I am glad that Danny is getting more gigs, including gigs with other country artists.

    I’m over at DG right now, and I have to say, that site is a mess! The format is confusing for newbies (I’m used to it though because DCO uses the same format–it must be the RCA official format) but I don’t expect that to change. It’s not hard once you get used to it.
    But besides all the troll and hater posts, there are way too many glitches. First of all, I have no idea how to tell who my friends are or who has added me as a friend. The typeface is too light and hard to read (I hear ya, Shirl!) Also, when I click on my profile, someone else’s “Why I’m a Fan” shows up instead of mine! Some people like Shirl have to log in each time they post.
    Pam, I just responded to your thread about the haters and trolls, and added something about the glitches.
    I would hate to see Danny’s true fans run off because like I said earlier, RCA execs monitor the site to measure support of Danny. We NEED to post there, even if it’s a pain in the butt. Keep in mind we’re doing it for Danny and to show RCA our support of him, and that Danny himself is probably reading.
    But they definitely need to get rid of the haters, trolls and bugs fast!

    I would love to hear Tiny Life recorded. Like others, I think that will be his BIG single, and RCA is leading up to it, I bet that one gets released at the time his album comes out, either that or another soulful, emotional ballad.

    I hope that RCA does release “Tiny Life” as Danny’s second single, I think that it could be a big hit for him and a bigger hit than “My Best Days” will be. I think that it would be wise if RCA released that song as Danny’s second single.

    Also the radio station in Madison, Wisconsin, has just played Danny’s song again. So far they have played his song 14 times this week. Danny now has a total of 55 spins for this week and is #82 on the Country chart.

    This week the song has kind of been holding steady in the 80′s. I think that one reason why it’s not as high as it was last week, (at one point peaking at #71) is because some stations aren’t playing it as much as it used to.

    Detroit and Charlotte have added the song, but both stations aren’t playing the song as much as they were last week. Other stations have played it once and haven’t played it again.

    The good news is that overall Danny has gotten more spins this week than he did last week. Even though he was ranked higher on the chart last week.

    And five stations added his song this week, making it seven stations in total who have added his song. Hopefully more stations will add him and start playing his song more often. Hopefully this will happen, after his song officially goes for adds next week.

It just annoyed me, especially when Danny was there a week ago raising money for charity in their state, and saying all sorts of nice things about Kris on his TV interview.     I like Tiny Life, but I think we should be trying to give MBD our best support so Danny’s first single does well. Especially as it wasn’t the very very first idea of what his single would be. Wouldn’t like to see what happened with Adam come into play for Danny, where people are looking to song #3. And I like MBD very well, though I also like It’s Only, Tiny Life, and I Still Believe.

    Still digesting Be Everybody. I was surprised when I heard the version with better audio that it was somewhat of a social message song, vs. a straight out bluesy fun song.

    I think that “My Best Days” is a first single that works for Danny. I think that he could do decent with this song. And hopefully get a decent amount of sales, and airplay with this song.

    I could see Danny doing fine with this song and then releasing something like “Tiny Life” later on and doing even better with that song.

    “Tiny Life” has the potential to be a big hit for Danny. He could be like a lot of other artists who have a solid first single and then their second single ends up being a big hit for them. That’s a good path for him to follow.

    I think that “My Best Days” is radio friendly enough and that “Tiny Life” is very radio friendly.

    Danny could have two maybe even three solid to really good songs off of his album.

    I can’t wait to see “My Best Days” premiere on GAC and CMT. Maybe someone who gets a chance to meet Danny before he shoots his video can ask him where the MBD video is being shot at. David Nail’s video for “I’m About to Come Alive” was actually shot in Chicago. I think that Danny’s song “My Best Days” might be shot in Nashville but maybe it will end up being shot somewhere else.

    steph- I saw that @Y107Conway’s tweet about not wanting to play Danny’s song. Wow…and he’s supposed to be “professional”? I actually replied to that tweet saying that and so sure that Kris would appreciate his profound “loyalty” ;-/ It’s really making me think that why are so-called fans of his acting this way towards Danny?

    And yeah, it’s not like Kris wasn’t prompted to go Country anyway(although for some reason I kind of thought that during the finale last May) it’s not even that serious. And even for a “DJ” to act that way is very immature. VERY. So I sent him that tweet and blocked his butt b/c I don’t feel like dealing w/the grief if he chose to reply to me back. I really do love/like Kris a lot, but hearing all this crap about some of the ‘hate’ that Danny gets is from some of his fans really disapponts me Frown Thought they were at least better than that.

    Someone on Twop mentioned that Kris’s single LLWD has charted on the Christian Charts.

    Also in the Danny thread on TWOP, there is hater in there who was insinuating that Danny fans were saying that Danny would outsell Adam. Even though Danny fans haven’t said that.

    I think that Danny could end up doing fine and respectable in the Country music genre. I think that there is a good chance that he will debut into the Top 10 Country albums chart once his album comes out.

    If he sells only what Allison has sold, or even if he got less album sales than that, he could make the Top 10 Country chart. He could place higher on the Country chart depending on how many album he sells.

    I see a bit of worry about MBD placement on the charts. Keep in mind that the Country charts are very slow charts, songs very rarely zip up to the top unless you are one of the big guns. As MBD has only been available for less than a month it is probably doing just about right as it is in the top 100 songs.

    For fun just pick a song that you have heard only every once in awhile (not one played every hour on the hour, although should work also) click on the history and you will be able to see when it was first played on the radio. I chose Keep on lovin you by Steel Magnolia since they were reality show winners for the Country music crowd and the song was released to radio in Aug 2009 and is just no starting to show in the top 30 after 11 weeks on the chart. The song Do I just made it to #1 after 32 weeks, so patience Grasshoppers.

    by the way I am bbummed because I wanted to go to the concert tonight but it’s a two hour drive and work calls tomorrow, boo !! plus it is going down 13 degrees tonight.

    I don’t think that we are going to have to make any excuses for “My Best Days”, because I think the song will do fine. I think it’s a solid first single for Danny, and that it will do decently on the Country chart. Smile

    I think that some of us just really love “Tiny Life” and think that it has the potential to be the bigger hit. I think that we’re just looking toward the future and hoping that Danny will put out more than one solid single from his album, including one that we think will be received really well.

    A lot of artists do have a solid first single and then put out a song that ends up being a big hit for them. I think this could happen with Danny if he releases “Tiny Life” as his second single. And that would be great.

    I don’t see “My Best Days” bombing or anything like that. I think that Danny fans will support the song and that non-AI fans will support the song as well.

    It’s already getting more airplay and support from radio stations than “It’s Only” did. I think that “It’s Only” got like 32 spins in total when it was out, while “My Best Days” has already gotten 55 spins this week, and will continue to get spins.

    Plus it’s getting adds too, I think that once the song officially goes for adds, more stations will add it and play it.

    Evening, this is the first time I really had a chance to write tonight. My daughter is 8 months pregnant and she was not feeling too well. I was at her house with her fiance until the cost was clear.

    I think I finally figured out how to navigate the new DG site. I was able to add photos – I really hope the idiots don’t decide to manpulate the photos. One thing I did find out was that there is a site feedback link that gives user the opportunity to comment on the site (outside of dannygokey.com). I pitched a fit about the trolls on the site.     I disagree that there is a comfort level at this site that cannot be achieved on Danny’s official website. We just have to get use to posting there as much as we do here. I’m sure that those of us who post regularly here, at MJ’s and elsewhere will get into the habit of posting on Danny’s official site as well. I see no reason why we can’t post the exact same time of info on his official site as we post here. We should be posting all the tweets, radio videos and performances and radio airplay info there just like we do here. More people are going to go to Danny’s official site and check it out than here and it is up to those of us who post regularly to keep Danny’s official site updated and interesting. It is a lot of work I know – but we can do it for Danny.

    Lizzy, I totally agree that it’s possible to achieve a comfort level on Danny’s OS that can feel almost as homey as here. It’s up to us to make sure that happens, and it’s important for Danny and his career that we do so. We cannot fear the trolls and haters, if we do, then they win. It may never feel quite as “cozy” there because it’s a bigger site with more people, but that’s okay, because there are lots of threads we can hang out in that seem more comfortable than others. At DCO there were some threads I simply didn’t feel comfortable or like posting in, and others I “hung out” in all the time. Plus you can create your own threads on a site like that, so it’s like lots of mini-communities within a big city, instead of just living in a small town. But we have to work to make that happen and not let the stupid people intimidate us from posting. Danny wouldn’t want us to do that, and he needs our support.

    I agree with the poster who commented about how slow it takes to move up the charts in country radio. I am not worried about MBD at all. The song is gaining in spins each week even with Christmas songs. When you look at the charts they do not even consider Danny’s song to be out a week yet. I guess maybe they start counting the weeks on the chart when it goes or official adds. The number on the chart does not matter as much as the increase in spins and Danny’s song is increasing. My Best Days is very radio friendly. In fact I think it will do better as a FIRST single than a ballad. I know we love Danny’s ballads but those who have never heard him before will probably like an uptempo song better. Country labels seems to like to release uptempo songs first, followed by ballads.

    I don’t think that Danny’s official site will ever be as cozy as this site is, because there is probably always going to be at least a few haters saying stuff sometimes. But hopefully his official site will get better. I think that mods over there should still do some cleaning.

    Maybe when his song is made available for sale, we can start an Itunes thread over there, where we can discuss how his song is doing on the charts. And post updates about it. That could be fun. Also we can post information about how people can vote for his video on GAC’s and CMT’s Top 20 Countdown. We can do stuff like that and continue to post any interviews/appearances he does.

    I don’t think anyone here is questioning legitimate Danny fans from being at that site — the more the better!
    But there were a lot of people who clearly weren’t there for valid reasons yesterday, with profane or otherwise offensive or mocking user names and so forth. That doesn’t make for a valid community. One reason for me it felt better to wait before heading into a new space.
    I don’t mind debating with haters and trolls, but when they are there by the dozens that’s another matter that requires industrial-strength mod help to clean up.

    Katy, I don’t hate his site at all, it’s just hard for some people to navigate because they aren’t used to the format which is very different than this one. I for one don’t find it hard because DCO is set up the same way, but there are a lot of bugs that need to be fixed. But that can happen on any new site. Danny’s site is great, but it needs us to make it what it could be. We don’t want it to become a haven for haters, so we need to outnumber them instead of the other way around.
    Also, no one was bashing the people there. I don’t know if you noticed, but a lot of the new members yesterday were obviously being sarcastic/making “pretend fangirl” remarks that were obviously fake, and some even had usernames that were questionable or borderline obscene. That sort of behavior is unacceptable and we shouldn’t have to put up with it. Being angry at people deliberatly trying to undermine Danny or his OS is way different than hating, and has nothing to do with exclusivity or not liking people who don’t post at iheart.

    I am concerned that a lot of Danny fans were scared off of posting on Danny’s site, because of the hate he has gotten there and elsewhere. I have noticed that Danny fans as a whole aren’t that vocal of a group on the Internet.

    A lot of them don’t really ever voice their support about him. The ones that do are us here on Ihrt, people on IDF, people on Twitter and a few Danny fans on TWOP, and mjs. And a lot of us post at most of these places.

    To be honest I think that a lot of internet Danny fans are beyond fed /sick of the hate that Danny has gotten this season, and that’s why they don’t really post in support of him at different places. The Danny hate has been OTT and out of control for far too long now.

    A lot of Danny fans might not know about this site, and when they found out about Danny’s official site thought they could go to at least one place, where they wouldn’t have to deal with the ridiculous, excessive hate of him.

    And what do they see when they go to see his site? Ridiculous haters being allowed to troll his website. And I think that might have caused them to get even more fed up. And be more weary of posting on his website.

    I don’t think that Danny’s official website is going to be as comfortable as this site is and I do think that there are going to be a lot of Danny fans who are not going to post at that site, even though they might still lurk it.

    They might even stop lurking, if the trolls continue to be allowed to roam free at that site. That’s why it’s important for the moderators to moderate that site, and deal with the haters.

    The haters should not have been allowed to run over that site as long as they were allowed to yesterday. That was ridiculous, and made the site look bad. That site is supposed to be for Danny fans and used to promote Danny. Not be a junkyard for haters to hang out at.

    I wouldn’t be surprised if a ton of Danny fans don’t end up regulary posting at Danny’s site. But maybe they’ll at least lurk and those of us that will post over there can keep them update about him and his music career.

    FoGS, there are hundreds of people posting on Facebook and Myspace also, and on Danny’s youtube channel.

    Some I recognize from twitter, here, or other AI sites, but a lot seem like people who don’t frequent those places and just love Danny.

    Also I see some of the haters have just posted at the Danny thread on TWOP. I think that they are Kris fans. I am tired of a lot of the Kris fans (and other haters) criticizing Danny.

    FOGS, I almost caught one of those haters to try reporting them to the mods. They replied to one of us, forget which, and told the person they were an idiot.

    Unfortunately as I had not pre-studied how to report a post, they were able to edit it before I finished figuring out how to turn it in. Pretty sure they must have realized they’d get their hand slapped for that.

    FOGS, you are correct; the mods should gain control, and they already are; I see they have stopped the feed on forum blogs on the front page for now. I reported every questionable post.

    Katy, no one is hating on anyone here, not sure where you got that idea. There are obvious trolls there with obscene names.
    Better than just ignoring trolls, why don’t you sign up and respectively post in support of Danny there?

    Lizzy- You are absolutely right; in that we need to support the site. And it will be more comfortable. I know people from other sites (lots of Gokey gang are there now) who are really anxious to meet other Danny fans.

    I love what a fanboy that Michael J , is , lol!

    Unfortunately a lot of the Kris fans can be pretty mean and nasty. They really should stop with this type of behavior, but they won’t. I think that they would have gotten in trouble with a moderator had the moderator saw their post before they edited it.

Pam, well, it`s 4.am here and I posted on the official site- won`t be there a lot-but I did support Danny-re;-the official site etc-and, as I found a few International/European fans on there-I replied to their posts-Also, someone was unhappy she couldn`t buy Danny`s single on I Tunes, and asked WHERE she will be able to purchase it-so I vacked her up as well-It took a while they accused me of spam-but the last post went through okay-that`s my lot tonight-Night all!

    So much work to do! Post at Twop (just came back), Danny’s site, AI forums; well it is a labor of love people isn’t it!

    Thank you Lizzy and FOGS for putting the chart stuff in perspective. I doubt any of the Idols songs started to really chart before they even went for adds or were available for purchase. We need to keep in perspective. LLWD is just now gaining some ground and its been out, what, almost 3 months?

    pjvvet Oh I wish we could have been there, I enjoy the concerts. we will be there for Christmas though!!! My grandaughter mentioned seeing you at Culvers (she works there) Have visited Danny’s site, but am still confused as to how it all works. Guess I like this site best where everything is right where you can find it, without having to look through a lot of different forums… Must say I enjoy tiny life, but don’t you think it’s the same music different words as What Hurts The Most?
