I was there- Danny was FANTASTIC!!!! His voice was beautiful and he was genuine. His song selections were really good – I hope his album is as good!!!(I am sure it will be) AND he came out to sign and say HI!! So Nice of him!!!
Tonight was an AMAZING night for Danny! What a bargain for $25, all Danny Gokey! Danny took us through his American Idol journey with a medley of Motown, Country, R&B/Salsa, Gospel songs that he performed before along with some new ones thrown in!
Why do have to live so far away from Danny!! I really want to see him perform in a small venue, but I suppose it will get more difficult to fulfill my dream as time goes by and he is going to get more famous..

Danny was smokin hot tonight! So worth goin. only dissapointment no cameras, well phones. Still wonder if he is in this hotel.
Because today’s discussion thread isn’t up yet I just have to pour my heart out here.. I’m not that religious person, but Danny’s performance on “I can only imagine” is so amazingly beautiful that I’ve been watching that YouTube video like ten times already. I’m in tears and blown away by that beautiful performance.
Danny,if you ever get to read this, I don’t think that you are yet fully aware what you are doing to your fans.. I’ve never been like this with any artist.

Wow, what an awesome show!!! Wish that I could’ve gone. The set list was so diverse w/ all genres. That’s pretty cool. Glad to hear he goes into the studio tomorrow to start his country journey. Good for him

So sorry I couldn’t arrange things to attend, but loved watching the videos. It is really impressive to me that Danny and his new band could be so prepared doing 14 new songs, several of which he hasn’t performed publicly before. In addition to the ones above, they also did September, Signed Sealed Delivered, and I Can Only Imagine.
Danny looked and sounded soooooo good, really jealous of those who were there in person.
Really enjoyed watching the video of Life is a Highway; it was indeed “bangin” as Danny promised in his pre-show tweet. Can’t wait to see what Danny does for his country CD.
He is amazing. Nuff said.
