Joanna If you are on twitter and following Danny, you will see a message from him that links you to a bubble tweet. If you click on the link it will take you to Danny’s page and a bubble will pop up with a video of Danny talking to a camera. At the end of his video message the bubble pops and you are back on his twitter page. Anybody who has a twitter page can do a bubble tweet. Basically it is just a video connected to a twiiter page.
