It must have been an attempt to look angelic for Gokey, who wore a pure white jacket with popped collar, white sneakers, and silver glasses. In the night’s most accurate style commentary, Simon said Danny looked like he was heading off on a “polar expedition.” If Danny Gokey was heavenly, then Adam Lambert looked downright wicked. He wore fingerless gloves, a leather jacket with a gold sheen, and a pair of almost raunchily tight jeans complete with an exposed zipper. We’re quite certain Randy Travis did not approve.
